Requirements:

Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Proficiency in Quick Books, MS Office and TMS systems.
High attention to detail and commitment to process improvement.

Responsibilities:

Assist in managing daily financial activities, including A/P, A/R, invoicing, and cash application.
Prepare and review monthly financial statements and supporting analysis.
Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives.
Maintain compliance, manage financial risks, and safeguard company assets.
Support finance team members, fostering collaboration and accountability.
