Technical Salesforce Customer Cloud Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic, client-facing Salesforce Customer Cloud Consultant to lead a high-impact integration project. This role requires a tech-savvy leader who can evangelize Salesforce solutions, manage teams across onsite and offshore, and deliver hands-on technical excellence. Requirements:

Strong hands-on experience with:

    • MuleSoft integration
    • Salesforce Customer Cloud
    • Java development
    • Omnistudio
    • IWC

 

 

  • Proven ability to lead and manage development teams (onsite and offshore).

 

 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to evangelize Salesforce solutions to clients.

 

 

  • Solid understanding of integration patterns, APIs, and enterprise architecture.

 

 

  • Local to Indianapolis or willing to relocate immediately.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Serve as the technical lead for Salesforce Customer Cloud implementation and MuleSoft integration.

 

 

  • Direct and manage onsite and offshore development teams, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

 

 

  • Act as a client-facing consultant, presenting solutions and driving adoption of Salesforce Customer Cloud.

 

 

  • Provide hands-on development in MuleSoft, Salesforce Customer Cloud, Java, Omnistudio, and IWC.

 

 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, design architecture, and ensure seamless integration.

 

 

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across platforms.

 

Work Conditions:

Indianapolis, IN (Local candidates preferred; immediate relocation acceptable)
Onsite Requirement: 3 days per week onsite for client meetings
